![]() ![]() Perhaps a exchange management command or an obscure outlook menu? I can't figure out how to see what text format was used when sending a message, but there must be a way. Our default setting is HTML for new emails (set by GPO) so I want to verify that something is indeed changing that to rich text (or adding the winmail.dat) before leaving our network and that it's not a problem on their end. What I'd like to do is either look at the users sent box or use the exchange server and see what text format was used when sending these emails and see if winmail.dat attachment was sent. ![]() I'm trying to find the cause, but all the usual settings forcing HTML text formatting in outlook are correct. One particular recipient of emails from one sender in our company is complaining of receiving emails with winmail.dat attachments and not receiving the real attachments - pointing to us sending rich text to a non-exchange system. I want to find out how to tell what text formating was used for an email that has been sent from Outlook in and Exchange environment. ![]()
